Fontanot took part in the restoration of the historical ex “Rotonda sul mare” in Rimini, constructing a custom-made staircase that enhances and exalts the art deco style of the structure (protected as cultural heritage, listed building) using steel and glass. The staircase that connects the two floors of the Nettuno restaurant was designed by architect Massimo Morandi of Rimini and consists of treads in stratified glass with pixel finish mounted in a tray-like structure in satin AISI 316 stainless steel. The railing and the balustrade are made of tempered stratified glass.
